In-person or live online sessions (depending on your location; typically in person will be in West Yorkshire area)
A thorough, bespoke course designed to fit your schedule
This complete preparation for a gentle, respectful birth includes postnatal support for at least 8 weeks, tailored to your location and needs.
Duration & Flexibility
This is not a quick-fix course. Over 4-6 weeks, you'll receive around 16-20 hours of in-depth birth preparation, customised to your circumstances and preferences. Sessions can be 2.5-hour meetings over six weeks or intensive 5-hour weekend sessions. The choice is yours.
Course Outcomes
We will cover:
Essential knowledge of physiology in birth
Pregnancy and birth rights
Techniques for optimal baby positioning before labour
Mindset work and meaningful connection with your baby
Practical methods for labour and handling changes in birth circumstances
Early newborn care and postpartum support
A major part of the course is birth partner support, focusing on practical, actionable steps that ensure you're both prepared for birth and postpartum care.
If you’ve had a past negative or traumatic birth experience, we include a session to gently reflect and heal before starting the birth preparation. This helps you build solid foundations for your next birth.
Ongoing Support
My support doesn’t end when the course finishes. I’m here for you throughout your postnatal period — up to 8 weeks after birth — to provide guidance, reassurance, and answers. Whether you need a Zoom call or an in-person visit* I’ll be with you every step of the way.
* 1 in person postnatal visit is included, in you’re local to West Yorkshire. If you’re based outside West Yorks. , you receive 1 live online/zoom call. All customers, regardless of location, receive ongoing support via WhatsApp messaging throughout eight weeks of postpartum.
